Wild Pasture Estates is a 30 unit, Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) on 63 acres of land off Wethersfield Street in Rowley, Massachusetts. The project is a featured development on the Massachusetts Smart Growth Toolkit.

The development consisted of three clusters of housing, two large tracks of open space totaling 37 acres, narrow street widths, and an extensive trail network. The development is served by municipal water and uses individual on-site sanitary disposal systems. Construction began in the Spring of 2005.
