This 176,000 square foot water bottling facility is under construction on an 80 acre site in Nottingham, NH. Access to the facility is provided by a 24 foot wide roadway off of Route 4. The roadway is approximately 1500 feet long and leads to a parking area for employees and a loading and storage area. Three production wells provide water for bottling. The project required significant state and local environmental, traffic, and site plan review permitting as well as on-going construction inspection for erosion control and state highway improvements.
