Sawyer Village

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Sawyer Village Condominiums is a 52 unit, Comprehensive Permit Development on 16.5 acres of land off Ferry Road in Salisbury, Massachusetts. The development consisted of 10 separate buildings, providing 39 market rate units and 13 affordable units, and almost 14 acres of open space or 84%.

Access to the development is provided with a variable width driveway with walkways throughout. Parking is provided along the edges of the driveway throughout the development, totaling 135 spaces or 2.6 spaces per unit. The development uses municipal water supply and an on-site sewage pump station to transfer sewage to the municipal sewer system.
