PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project site encompasses approximately 26.74 acres on the southerly side of Route 133 in Rowley, Ma. The site is bisected from south to north by Pingree Farm Road, an unimproved woods road. The westerly portion of the site is approximately 10.8 acres and the easterly side is approximately 15.9 acres.
The applicant proposes the creation of an Open Space Residential Development of twenty (23) two-bedroom units, consisting of ten (10) separate buildings. The site will be serviced by the municipal water system, on-site subsurface disposal systems, on-site stormwater management systems and gas, electric and cable TV services.
Approximately 92% of the Site will be retained as open space (no building or paved areas) and will be controlled by a homeowners association, as will the maintenance of the sanitary disposal systems, stormwater management systems and roadways.
The architecture of the proposed units will be New England Style capes typical of a New England Village. Each unit will be provided with a one-car garage, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
