The construction of this new 3 story dormitory provided 30 student rooms and 3 faculty flats. The dorm was constructed on former aging tennis courts, providing close proximity to other dormitories and academic buildings. The required site improvements were minor due to the redevelopment of the existing tennis courts and access driveways.

W.C. Cammett Engineering provided design, inspection, permitting, and construction layout services for the structure.

The construction of this new 48,000 square foot hockey arena provided the campus with an on-site, state of the art arena. The site plans detailed an access driveway, parking area, sidewalks, maintenance driveway, stormwater management, and water and sewer utilities.
