The Hills at Crockett Farm

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is an innovative open space cluster residential subdivision. There is a mix of 23 four bedroom units, 32 three bedroom units, and 20 two bedroom units, for a total of 75 units in the development area of the project. In addition, a two-bedroom farm staff unit could be in the farm area of the open space. All the units will be part of a condominium association with a defined limited common area around each structure. The two and three bedroom units will be in duplex and triplex buildings on the lower portion of the project. Three single family, four bedroom units will also be on the lower portion. All 20 of the units on the upper portion of the project will be single family, four bedroom units.

The total site consists of 141.87 acres. There is approximately 105 acres of dedicated open space. A portion of the open space will be reserved for active farming activities. The remaining open space will be for the enjoyment of the residents of the project. Public access to the open space is limited to a trail from Rte. 33 to the top of the highest hill on the northeast corner of the property.
