Representative Projects


  • Wild Pasture Estates
    Wild Pasture Estates is a 30 unit, Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) on 63 acres of land off Wethersfield Street in Rowley, Massachusetts. This project is a featured development on the Massachusetts Smart Growth Toolkit.


  • USA Springs
    This 176,000 square foot water bottling facility is under construction on an 80 acre site in Nottingham, NH.


  • The Hills at Crockett Farm
    The Hills at Crockett Farm is an open space 75-unit residential development located on a 140-acre site in Stratham, New Hampshire.


  • Hunt Road Reconstruction
    The project involved the reconstruction of 1 mile section of Hunt Road in Amesbury, Ma. Hunt Road provides access to an industrial zoned area.


  • Cedar Street Utility and Roadway Improvements
    The proposed improvements include the installation of new sewer line, water main, box drainage culvert and roadway widening/realignment.


  • The Governor's Academy
    For the past 15 years, W.C. Cammett Engineering has provided The Governor's Academy with consulting, design, construction inspection and survey services for a variety of projects including athletic facilities, new and renovated buildings, campus master planning, infiltration/inflow studies, utility improvements, and environmental consulting.
